AUTOMATED LINES FOR COMMON RAIL
The fully automated loading and unloading of our machines that are dedicated to the common rail production allow even higher productivity.
In addition the automation of the flow of the parts allows:
• A traceability with a guaranteed rigor
• A reduction of intermediate storage
• An increase of the cleanliness of the parts
All the following processes can be served in the fully automated line:
• Autofrettage (5000, 7000 and 9000 bar)
• Jets and fittings assembly
• Flushing
• High pressure sensor and plug assembly
• High pressure functional test of sensor
• High pressure leak test of assemblies
• High pressure regulator and limiter assembly
• High pressure functional test of regulator and limiter

CERAMIC SHELL REMOVAL FOR FOUNDRY ACTIVITY
Armed with our experience in high pressure waterjet stripping for the aero engines and gas turbines, we have developed a robotized solution for the ceramic shell and core removal.
Aquarese’s solution answers needs that had been highlighted by our customers:
• Remove the ceramic from areas that are difficult to reach
• Knock the ceramic out without damaging the part, never mind how thin the walls are
• Remove the ceramic without using any chemical process
• Remove the manual tasks that are harsh and hazardous
• Make sure the removal has a good repeatability
• Have a flexible process that is adapted to both, small medium or large series
