Objective
Flushing and drying hollow parts up to 0 particle > 150 µm
Principle
The mechanical action of a flowing fluid (ultra-turbulence principle) is used to flush the inside of a hollow part (removing particles from walls and driving them out).
Parameters influencing the flushing process
- Fluid flow speed
- Fluid type (washing water or solvent)
- Fluid temperature
- Time the part is exposed to process
