Objective

To assemble and test the high-pressure components used in latest generation diesel injection systems.

Principles

- To produce airtight screwed or push fit with checking procedure and parameter logging (torque, angle, position, stress).

- To check the operation of the components is correct by submitting them to standard use conditions: components under pressure, electronic piloting and measurement of return signals
(checking voltage / pressure couples on sensors and the calibration of the regulator according to the flow-rate / current couple)
