Mickaël joined Aquarese 5 years ago via a pro-contract, and pursued his learning process in the machine construction department. Armed with determination and supported by his tutor, he has walked through the learning process, step by step, and has developed his skills over the years. He looks back at his early years at Aquarese..

After his Bachelor in MEI (maintenance of industrial equipment), Mickael joined Aquarese in order to become a fitter-assembler mechanics of High-Pressure machines. Under the tutorship of his mentor, he has improved his skills and has reached new responsibilities.

My job is multipurpose and it feels good. It gave me the confidence to fulfill a mission for one of our customers in Ukraine.”

From his experience in tandem with an “oldie” of Aquarese, Mickael remembers the team spirit he truly appreciated: “Everyone is willing to help the other to find the solutions, to show the best practices, to be more efficient and to really learn the job”.

Capitalizing on each experience, Mickael has widened his competencies. Today, in addition to the installation of special machines, he manages supply orders and stocks of parts. This new management experience requires self-organisation and more initiatives than before. “My job is multipurpose and it feels good. It gave me the confidence to fulfill a mission for one of our customers in Ukraine”

This first international experience has allowed him work on a machine from A to Z: manufacturing, assembly, preparation for the shipment in France, and then commissioning on customer’s site.

And the future ?

“Keep on learning and travel to other destinations to deliver a new machine …”. A wish that is likely to be fulfilled soon: he has just worked on a Waterjet Machining Equipment, ordered by a customer in the USA !
